Description of Service

The facilitation of change within the food supply chain

Overview of Process

  • Pilot meetings are held with nominated operational representatives
  • Area “Champions” are appointed who are responsible for gathering information & acting as a focus for activity related to the change
  • Face to face presentations are made to operators who are also given the opportunity to voice concerns
  • Once the switch has been made a monitoring process is put in place to ensure that problems are recorded & addressed. As part of this process the person reporting the problem will be given a clear reply as to the action being taken & the time frame within which it will be solved.

Benefits / Results

The change is made without encountering negative contract compliance which is a cost to the business.
